The Citrix L2 Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Citrix infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing support to end-users, and ensuring the optimal performance and security of the Citrix environment. The Engineer will also work on implementing and maintaining virtual desktop solutions, performing routine checks, and staying updated with the latest Citrix technologies. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud technologies Experience with troubleshooting and resolving Citrix environment issues Knowledge of virtual desktops and application performance monitoring Ability to perform routine checks, updates, and maintenance Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Relevant certifications in Citrix technologies are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
