VIP Product Counselor

Job Title: VIP India - Telecalling Outbound sales

We are hiring dynamic and results-driven VIP Product Counsellors for our Inside Sales team in Mumbai. If you have a flair for communication and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries
• Counsel customers on VIP products and services
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification:

• HSC & Graduate

Languages Required:

• Mandatory: English Fluency

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in any of the following roles:
• BPO Sales
• Upselling
• Lead Generation
• Pre-Sales
• Collections (B2C)

Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 17/07/2025
