The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of vendor management, invoice processing, and payment cycles. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Manage aging reports for payments and follow up on outstanding payments and collections. Gather and match receipts for various cardholders, send expense reports for approval, and keep records current. Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all disbursements Maintain vendor records and reconcile monthly statements Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries Support month-end closing activities and assist with audit requirements Coordinate with internal teams for payment clarifications and approvals Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Highly proficient in working with Accounting Software, Advance Excel and data entry is a MUST. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent English Communication Skills to cordinate with US team as per requirement.
