Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Loan Services Location: Bangalore (All Zones) Job Type: Incentive-Based Job Description: We are seeking proactive and energetic Field Sales Executives to support our loan services by generating leads from the field. The role involves traveling across various parts of Bangalore, identifying potential customers, and coordinating with our internal support team for lead processing. Key Responsibilities: Visit designated areas across Bangalore to generate leads for different loan categories (Personal, Business, Home, etc.). Communicate effectively in local languages to connect with prospects. Collect contact details and basic loan requirements from interested individuals. Share leads with the inside coordination team and ensure proper follow-up. Report daily activity and adhere to the assigned locations and targets. Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Strong communication skills in Kannada and other local languages. Familiarity with Bangalore's routes and localities. Comfortable with extensive field travel. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Must own a smartphone with internet access. Compensation: This is a purely incentive-based position. Incentives will be provided based on the number of valid leads collected and their conversion success.
