Job Profile Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support overall financial efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting with hands-on experience in Tally ERP or similar accounting software. Education & Experience: Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Experience: 4 – 6 years Accountable & Responsible for: 1.Accounting & Bookkeeping: •Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations. •Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all financial transactions are recorded properly. •Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client billing processes. 2.Taxation & Compliance: •Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns. •Assist in statutory compliance including income tax, professional tax, and other financial regulations. •Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. 3.Banking & Reconciliation: •Handle bank transactions, payments, and receipts. •Prepare and verify bank reconciliations monthly. •Manage cash flow, petty cash, and ensure sufficient liquidity. 4.Financial Reporting: •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. •Handling Statutory Audit •Support management in budgeting and variance analysis. •Track outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments. 5.Coordination & Documentation: •Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments. •Maintain proper documentation of all accounting and financial records. •Support in implementing accounting policies and process improvements. 6.Team Coordination & Guidance: •Guide and mentor junior accounting staff while coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic knowledge of ERP systems. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Preferred Certifications: Tally Prime / ERP 9 Certification Advanced Excel (MIS & Financial Reporting) GST & TDS Compliance Certification Diploma / Certificate in Financial Accounting SAP FICO (Basic Level) Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proactive and result-oriented approach Team player with a proactive approach
