Job description Job description For Interior supervisor · Supervision of the on–going Interior, Civil, MEP work and Finishing activities. · Understand & interpret 2D and 3D drawings. · Check the quality of all material received on site. · Co-ordination with sub-contractors, vendors & labors for smooth working. · Arrange the next day work In advance. · Get the maximum output from labor. · Maintain the cleanliness of site and prepare daily site reports. · Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline. · Understand material requirements and place the orders of the same with the office. · Ensure timely completion of projects. · Oversee the activities and performance of contractors and suppliers. · Coordination in verification of material & vendor/supplier claims. · Coordinating with Client in all site work activities under the guidance of Project Manager. · Follow site safety plan and ensure that all worker working at site with full safety equipment’s. · Control and monitor labor, material and equipment’s and all related matters. · Act as the link between architects, interior designers and contractor workers. · Handling multi workers for task. · Assigning task for workers. · Can work long hours and under pressure Requirements and skills · Minimum of 2-3 Years of experience in the Interior designing company. · Experience of Turnkey Interior Project (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Offices, Hotels, and Hospitals). · Good experience of Interior fit out projects. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Knowledge of Microsoft and computer applications (AutoCAD, MS office, word, excel, power point and estimating software etc.) · Excellent understanding of Working Drawings Detail plans of Architectural outsourcing work.
