Prepare architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software. Create detailed plans, layouts, sections, and elevations based on project specifications and engineer instructions. Modify and update drawings as per changes from engineers or architects. Ensure drawings comply with industry and company standards. Maintain a library of updated drawings and project documentation. Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and project managers for design-related queries. Assist in quantity take-offs and bill of quantity (BOQ) preparation from drawings. Maintain drawing records and file management for easy retrieval. Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or Civil Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools. Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles. Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings. Attention to detail and precision in work. Good communication and coordination skills.

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site. Ensure the work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other site personnel. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure the standard of work. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure proper resource allocation including manpower, materials, and machinery. Handle technical issues and provide practical solutions to challenges encountered on-site. Monitor and ensure site safety regulations and compliance. Liaise with project managers and clients to communicate progress and updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven experience (0–5 years) as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects. Good knowledge of civil engineering methods, materials, and construction processes. Proficient in reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management tools. Willing to work at project sites and travel as needed.
