Role Overview We are seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee pricing strategy, optimize occupancy, and maximize overall profitability across our villa portfolio. This role blends data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of hospitality trends, customer psychology, and digital distribution . You’ll work closely with the leadership team to develop strategies that ensure Villazio maintains its edge in a competitive market while delivering exceptional guest value. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, Mumbai. Role Overview We are hiring a Reservation Executive who can manage inbound enquiries, drive conversions, and maintain flawless guest communication across all channels. This is not a routine desk job. You are the first impression of the Villazio experience — your speed, clarity, and confidence directly impact occupancy and revenue. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, Mumbai. --- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conversion & Sales • Respond instantly and professionally to enquiries received via WhatsApp, phone calls, website, Instagram, and OTAs • Understand guest requirements and recommend the right villa options with clarity and persuasion • Follow up rigorously to close leads and achieve monthly conversion targets • Maintain full knowledge of all property features, pricing, offers, add-ons, and availability Guest Handling & Coordination • Provide accurate villa information, pricing, inclusions, policies, and FAQs • Share proposals, quotations, and payment links promptly • Coordinate with the operations team on special requests, celebrations, logistics, or pre-arrival requirements • Maintain consistent communication with guests from enquiry → booking → pre-arrival Booking & Inventory Management • Update reservations across PMS, OTAs, and internal dashboards without errors • Manage rate plans, blackout dates, cancellations, and modifications • Ensure availability, inventory, and booking details are always accurate • Escalate double-booking risks or anomalies immediately Operational Discipline • Track leads, conversions, and enquiry sources • Maintain daily reports of conversations, booking statuses, and follow-ups • Uphold brand tone-of-voice and service standards across all communication • Assist leadership with insights on guest trends, demand spikes, peak days, and lost-booking reasons --- Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in Reservations / Front Office / Sales (hospitality preferred) • Strong communication skills — clear, confident, articulate • Fast typing speed and quick response time • Experience with OTAs, channel managers, or PMS tools (preferred) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline Join Us If you’re someone who communicates clearly, follows up relentlessly, and can convert curious guests into delighted bookers — we’d like to meet you.
