Job Overview Villa Ruk Properties is seeking a reliable and responsible Housing Member to oversee and manage the overall maintenance and smooth functioning of our properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that the villas, facilities, and surroundings are well-maintained, secure, and welcoming for all residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and upkeep of the villas and entire property. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams. Handle guest/resident queries and provide assistance when required. Monitor repairs, utilities, and property supplies. Inspect the property regularly and report issues for timely resolution. Maintain records of maintenance, utilities, and staff activities. Support management in improving guest and resident satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in property supervision, hospitality, or facility management preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle emergencies. Basic knowledge of property maintenance is an added advantage.
