You will collaborate closely with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skills gaps and develop customized training interventions tailored to specific property requirements. It is essential that you possess a strong understanding of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols, and best practices in villa management. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through performance assessments, participant feedback, and direct observation to ensure continuous improvement and learning within the team.
