B2B Institutional Sales Develop and manage direct institutional clients such as hospitals, nursing homes, cleaning contractors, large kitchens, hospitality & government bodies. Build long-term supply agreements and tenders with key institutions. Generate new institutional leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits. 🔹 2. Distributor / Dealer Management Identify, appoint, and manage hygiene product distributors in different districts. Support channel partners with schemes, training, and product education. 🔹 3. Product Promotion Demonstrate hygiene and disinfectant products to housekeeping supervisors, biomedical teams, and purchase managers. Organize live demos, trials, and staff awareness sessions (especially for products like SPOROCLEAN™, SPOROWASH™, etc.). 🔹 4. Market Development Scout for new B2B opportunities across hospitals, pathology chains, hotels, packaging units, etc. Conduct surveys on competing brands and pricing. 🔹 5. Documentation & Reporting Submit daily visit reports, customer feedback, order pipeline, and collection updates.
