The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the chemicals/fragrance industry, capable of driving growth and building strong relationships. Required Candidate profile Graduate degree with proven sales & marketing experience. Should have strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills . Exposure to fragrance/specialty chemical industry preferred.
