Looking for a high-quality editor (full-time) to edit short-form videos for IG, YT, and TikTok. Responsibilities Edit 5–10 short videos (30–90 seconds) per day from raw long-form content. Add dynamic captions, emojis, memes, zooms, and b-roll footage to keep content engaging. Select the best hooks and moments from long videos to maximize audience retention. Use CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro for editing. Maintain correct formatting for vertical video (9:16) suitable for Shorts/Reels/TikTok. Deliver all projects on time with high quality. Collaborate with the team to improve style, retention, and viral potential. Stay updated on the latest viral trends, editing styles, and meme culture. Organize and manage project files properly in shared drives. Skills Required Strong knowledge of CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro. 1 Year of Editing Experience required Experience in short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts/TikTok). Ability to add captions, transitions, b-roll, and sound effects quickly. Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling for viral content. Basic English comprehension (to understand and sync captions). Reliable workstation + stable internet connection. Good Monthly Salary + opportunity to make up to 2x of your salary in bonus
