1. Manage and operate e-procurement portals including GeM, CPP, MP, Defence, and various State Government platforms. 2. Upload product listings, create categories, and oversee the complete tendering process on GeM. 3. Respond to RFPs/RFQs and ensure timely submission of all required documents (general, technical, and commercial). 4. Prepare and submit bids in strict accordance with tender requirements, including Bank Guarantees, FDRs, and Demand Drafts. 5. Review and clarify bid conditions while ensuring complete compliance with company standards and policies. 6. Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings when required. 7. Coordinate with government departments for vendor registration, approval, and renewal processes. 8. Liaise with vendors for quotations, order follow-ups, and ensure timely deliveries. 9. Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, call handling, and maintenance of registers (attendance, salary, etc.).
