Entity : Vijaya Advisors LLP Brands : Taangerine Tiger (TT) & Aarti Mahtani (AM) Location : Mumbai (in-studio, with travel for pop-ups) Reports to : Rahul Khiani & Aarti Mahtani Role Overview We’re hiring an India Client & Sales Head to lead in-studio sales, manage ongoing client relationships, and drive revenue across pop-ups, bespoke orders, and ready-to-wear collections. This is a hands-on, client-first role based at our Mumbai studio. You will be the key contact for incoming clients — welcoming walk-ins, handling WhatsApp and phone enquiries, and guiding clients through their purchasing or tailoring experience. The ideal candidate blends commercial thinking with hospitality and a sharp eye for style. You’ll work closely with production, marketing, and the designer to ensure every interaction delivers results — and reinforces our reputation for high-quality, personal service. Key Responsibilities Client Handling & Studio Sales Respond promptly to client inquiries across WhatsApp, calls, and email. Greet and consult with clients during studio visits, offering styling and fit guidance. Co-manage fittings and lookbook walkthroughs with the designer or tailor, where needed. Track high-value clients, manage post-visit follow-up, and build long-term loyalty. Ensure the studio maintains a polished, brand-aligned atmosphere at all times. Revenue & Channel Ownership Drive monthly sales targets across TT, TT Bespoke, AM Bespoke, AM RTW, and pop-ups. Prepare and present weekly sales reports by channel, category, and region. Plan and coordinate the execution of India-based pop-ups, including staffing and merchandising. Collaborate with the production team to align delivery timelines with order commitments. Collaboration & Execution Work with the in-house graphic designer and marketing team on WhatsApp/email flows. Contribute to pricing discussions, upselling strategies, and client offer design. Coordinate with stock management to ensure bestsellers and core styles are available. Candidate Profile 5–8 years in luxury retail, fashion sales, or high-end client service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and ideally Hindi. Familiarity with WhatsApp-based sales, studio retail environments, and CRM tools. Friendly, professional, and responsive — with strong follow-through. Comfortable working alongside founders and creative leads in a fast-moving environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience managing or assisting at pop-up stores or fashion events. Interest in styling or merchandising.
