Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Specialist located in Chennai. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and consulting with potential clients to understand their needs. The specialist will be required to conduct product presentations, support sales teams with analytical insights, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the presales process.
