Everything was super great. Just gave it a 4 because calls were not picked timely and had to do multiple call backs during the stay to guest services rest swimming pool, sauuna in the swimming pool, gym, spa was superb. I definitely recommend

Warm welcome from Preeti at the front desk, cozy rooms to a delicious lunch at the retaurant, where Muskan and her team were so welcoming. They helped me with all my requests, food was good and the vibe was amazing! Travel desk supervisor Mr. Surendar Kumar was prompt in arranging cabs for my stay. Hope to visit again soon.

The hotel is cheating customers when it comes to room service. I ordered a club sandwitch which consists of chicken , bacon and eggs. The sandwitch was delivered with no bacon without even informing me of this. They have priced the inroom dining at such high rates but this is what they are doing as a service
