Job Description: We are looking for confident and self-driven Field Marketing Executives with 2 years of experience. Who can directly visit companies, meet admin/HR teams, and pitch our corporate travel services (Employee Transportation, Premium or Luxury cab services, event transport, Airport transfer). This is an on-ground, field-based marketing role with weekly targets. Key Responsibilities: - Visit 8–10 companies per day and pitch services in person and maintain strong relationships. - Generate leads by interacting with decision-makers (HR/Admin/Procurement) - Coordinate with drivers or internal teams and collect the information regarding company billing rates, driver's pricing. - Share brochures and collect business requirements from clients - Maintain lead sheet and follow up on meetings - Report daily to the team lead or manager Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (English and local language) - Ability to travel to client sites regularly. - Ability to gather the knowledge of billing rates, driver's current paying terms. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Two wheeler mandatory (Travel allowance will be reimbursed)
Role & responsibilities Job Description: The Sales Executive will be responsible, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The candidate should have experience in B2B and B2C sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for travel/transport services - Understand client requirements and offer suitable packages and solutions - Prepare and share quotations based on client budgets and preferences - Follow up diligently to convert leads into confirmed bookings - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business - Visit corporate clients when required to pitch services or resolve concerns - Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and bookings in Excel - Regularly update management with reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback Monthly sales targets - Bring in 4 new clients a month Requirements / Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 23 years of sales experience (experience in travel, logistics, or service industry is preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure - Willingness to travel for client meetings - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
