Policy Enforcement and Compliance: Investigate complaints or reports of misconduct, ensuring disciplinary actions are carried out in accordance with university policies. Organize periodic drills and exercises to maintain readiness for potential emergency situations. Required Qualifications: Education: A minimum of a bachelors degree in security management, criminology, law enforcement, or a related field (or equivalent military training/experience). Military background with 6-10 years of service, preferably in law enforcement, intelligence, or security operations. Experience: At least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally with prior roles in military or law enforcement agencies, involving surveillance, security operations, or investigations. Proven experience in managing security personnel and emergency response protocols. Strong knowledge of safety and security systems, including surveillance technologies. Skills & Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail, with a sharp eye for identifying security risks. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff. Ability to conduct thorough investigations, analyze information, and make sound decisions. High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively. Ability to conduct patrols, monitor security systems, and respond to emergencies as needed. Ability to handle physically demanding situations and potentially confrontational encounters.
