Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Vietnamese Language Experts to join our dynamic team in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling communication in the Vietnamese language, including voice support, email/chat support, or translation tasks, depending on the process. Candidates should possess excellent language proficiency, cultural understanding, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support in Vietnamese.
• Translate or interpret content from Vietnamese to English and vice versa as per business needs.
• Act as a communication bridge between the client and internal teams.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while handling customer queries or documentation.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to process guidelines.
• Support Vietnamese-speaking customers with queries related to products, services, or technical issues (depending on the process).
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve language and communication standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Vietnamese (read, write, speak) and English.
• Prior experience in BPO/Customer Service/Translation will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the Vietnamese market.

Shift & Work Conditions:

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if required).
• 5-day working based on process requirements.

Salary:
