It will be crucial for you to discuss the trade-offs between using Rust or Go for performance-critical blockchain services. You will also need to address key challenges related to ensuring the security and scalability of smart contracts using tools like Ethers.js, viem, and Hardhat. In addition, you will be responsible for testing, debugging, and deploying smart contracts in a decentralized environment. Sharing best practices for gas optimization, contract upgradability, and backend scalability will also be part of your role. Your performance will be evaluated based on various criteria. Firstly, your technical knowledge should include a strong understanding of Node.js, Rust, Go, and TypeScript along with practical experience in blockchain development. You should also be proficient in Ethers.js, viem, Hardhat, and the smart contract lifecycle. Problem-solving and integration skills are crucial for this role. You will need to demonstrate how you approach integrating smart contract solutions with backend services and propose solutions for common challenges in blockchain projects. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of IT experience, including hands-on development with the specified technologies, will be preferred.
