The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, JavaScript, JSP, JSF, J2EE, Grammar, EJB, MDB, VXML, XML, REST/SOAP Integration. Proficiency in Voice XML is a must. Experience in Agile methodology, particularly in SAFe methodology, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Viecore Framework would be advantageous. Knowledge of ETL, JCL, COBOL is preferred. Experience working with DevSecOps, GitHub, RTC, and Automation Tools is a plus. Exposure to Call Center Technologies such as AVAYA, CISCO, and Chatbot is beneficial.
