Role Overview: You will be a key member of the creative team at 3 Folks Media, responsible for capturing and producing dynamic visual content for influencer marketing campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with influencers and clients to bring creative concepts to life through high-quality videos and photos that align with campaign goals and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for influencer marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with influencers and clients to understand their vision and requirements. - Develop creative concepts and visual styles that align with campaign goals and brand identity. - Edit video footage and photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom. - Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with the overall campaign strategy. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered on time. - Coordinate with the creative team, influencers, and clients to schedule shoots and gather necessary materials. - Utilize a range of camera equipment and lighting setups to achieve desired results. - Stay updated with the latest trends in video and photography techniques and equipment. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment and software. - Work closely with the creative director, social media managers, and team members to ensure cohesive and impactful content. - Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the visual content. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in video and photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar). - Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with influencers and in the marketing industry is a must.,
