Job Title: Videographer/Editor Company: Harissons Bags Location: Thane Job Type: Full-time Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate Videographer & Editor to conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content across platforms — Instagram, YouTube, campaigns, reels, ads, and more. You'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life in a way that feels fresh, engaging, and true to our brand voice. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, storyboard, and shoot video content (product shoots, interviews, BTS, lifestyle, reels, ads, etc.) Edit videos into final formats (short-form & long-form) for various digital platforms Collaborate with marketing, design, and brand teams to understand creative goals Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance video content Manage and organize video files, project folders, and raw footage archives Stay updated with trends in video content, social media formats, and editing styles Maintain video production equipment and suggest upgrades when necessary Requirements 2+ years of proven experience as a videographer and video editor Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, sound, and on-location production Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and work with studio lights Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and digital ads Strong sense of pacing, timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bonus: Animation/motion graphics skills or experience in product-based brand storytelling Nice-to-Have Photography skills Color grading proficiency Understanding of social media algorithms and what makes content perform Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand environments What We Offer A creative and growth-focused work environment Freedom to experiment with formats and storytelling Opportunities to work on diverse and exciting campaigns Team outings, learning budgets, and a culture that values ideas Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
