Role:

Vaidam Health is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videography Executive to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with video shooting, editing, and basic motion graphics. You will also be responsible for managing podcast shoots with doctors and ensuring high-quality output across all video formats.

Responsibility:

1. Shoot high-quality video content, including patient stories, doctor interviews, podcasts with doctors, corporate videos, and social media content.
2. Edit videos for websites, social media platforms, campaigns, podcasts, and internal use.3. Create basic motion graphics, captions, intros/outros, and transitions.4. Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for scheduling and organizing podcast sessions.5. Ensure optimal audio quality for podcasts, including noise control and multi-mic setups.

Requirements:

1. 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects (basic preferred).3. Strong understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, and audio recording for videos and podcasts.4. Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines.5. Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, and podcast clips).6. A creative portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous video and/or podcast work.
