Role Description

full-time, on-site role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce

  high-quality video content

  for clients and in-house campaigns.
• Script and storyboard videos for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Edit videos using tools like

  Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

  , ensuring professional quality output.
• Capture product videos, testimonials, team stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and brand content.
• Apply

  photo editing and retouching

  using

  Lightroom or Photoshop

  when required.
• Stay up-to-date with

  social media trends, visual styles, and viral formats

  .
• Work collaboratively with creative and account teams while managing shoots independently.
• Conduct shoots at

  client locations

  with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and tact.
• Bonus: Add

  motion graphics or light animation

  to enhance video storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience

  in video shooting, scripting, and production for social media content.
• Certification in

  video production, cinematography, or camera operation

  will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro

  , and photo tools like

  Lightroom and Photoshop

  .
• Strong understanding of

  lighting, framing, and storytelling techniques

  .
• Social media savvy knows what works visually across platforms.
• A versatile

  portfolio

  showcasing reels, brand videos, product shoots, and edits.
• Bonus:

  Motion graphics / animation skills

  (After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude during client shoots.
• Ability to work

  independently and collaboratively

  in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
