Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer located in Kolkata. The Videographer will be responsible for filming short form reels, long form videos and creating engaging visual content. The candidate will operate cameras, set up lighting, and ensure high-quality video production for various types of events. Day-to-day tasks include planning shoots, coordinating with the content team, and ensuring timely delivery of video projects

What You'll Do

• Shoot everything from short reels to brand films with a keen cinematic eye.
• Travel across India to cover projects.
• Handle your own camera, mic, lights, and accessories with care.
• Collaborate with editors, content creators, and designers to turn raw vision into polished stories.
• Ensure audio, lighting, and composition hit professional standards.

Qualifications:

• A filmmaking/film studies/media degree (or equivalent creative discipline).
• Based near Kolkata and open to relocating to other metros for shoots.
• Must own professional gear (camera, mic, lights, accessories).
• A sharp eye for detail and the hustle to get the perfect shot.
• Curiosity, humility, and hunger to grow with a fast-moving team.
