Job Summary

Woman’s Plaza is seeking a talented and trend-driven Videographer & Editor to create compelling video content across our digital platforms. This is a hybrid role where the candidate is expected to work 15 days in-store for video shoots, while editing work can be managed remotely. The ideal applicant will have a strong portfolio in fashion or lifestyle videography, a keen sense of styling and visual storytelling, and the ability to align content with campaigns, festivals, and collection launches. The candidate must carry their own camera, laptop, and essential equipment for shoots and editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos including styling edits, reels, BTS content, and campaign visuals.

• Edit videos for Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube Shorts while maintaining a premium, trendy aesthetic.

• Conceptualize and pitch video ideas aligned with Woman’s Plaza’s campaigns, festive themes, and collection drops.

• Ensure visual consistency through refined color grading, music selection, and on-screen text overlays.

• Stay updated with the latest reel trends to integrate creatively into brand content.

• Maintain a well-organized content library for efficient access and reuse of video assets.

Work Structure

• In-Store Presence: Required to be present 15 days per month at the store for shoots.

• Work-from-Home: Editing and post-production can be managed remotely with timely submission of deliverables.

Equipment Requirement

• The candidate must bring their own camera, laptop, and necessary shooting/editing gear.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and editing (portfolio required; fashion/lifestyle domain preferred).

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.

• Ability to handle DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting setups.

• Strong understanding of Instagram reels and short-form content trends.

• Sharp aesthetic sense for composition, styling, and storytelling.

• Capability to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround edits.

• Comfortable working with models, influencers, and real customers during shoots.

Good to Have

• Skills in motion graphics and creative typography.

• Photography experience for lookbooks and brand campaigns.

• Basic knowledge of social media strategy for increasing reel reach and engagement.
