Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Videographer & Video Editor who can shoot and edit high-quality short videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube (shorts + long-form when required).
This role is critical in shaping Influmojo’s visual identity and storytelling.

Key ResponsibilitiesShooting (On-ground / Studio / Office / Events)

• Shoot short-form vertical videos (Reels / Shorts) for:
• Brand storytelling
• Platform explanation & features
• Founder journey & POV content
• Influencer marketing insights
• Product walkthroughs & announcements
• Handle camera framing, lighting, audio, and composition independently.
• Shoot content during:
• Office days
• Founder sessions
• Influencer meets / events
• Brand activations (as required)

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit high-retention Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Create clean, modern, fast-paced edits aligned with startup & tech branding.
• Add:
• Subtitles (English-focused, clean typography)
• Motion graphics (basic to intermediate)
• Background music & sound effects
• Brand colors, logos, and identity elements
• Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips.

Content Types You’ll Work On

• Brand story & mission videos
• Founder POV & journey reels
• Explainer videos (What is Influmojo, How it works)
• Influencer marketing education content
• Product launches & feature updates
• Event & community highlights

Skill RequirementsMandatory

• Strong experience in short-form video creation (Reels / Shorts).
• Proficiency in tools like:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
• CapCut (acceptable for reels if quality is strong)
• Good understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms.
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
• Ability to work with founders on-camera and guide them for better delivery.

Preferred

• Experience working with startups, creators, or personal brands.
• Knowledge of lighting setups for indoor shooting.
• Ability to suggest content ideas and hooks.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or digital marketing content.

Deliverables Expectations

• 3–5 short videos per week (initial phase).
• Consistent brand look & feel across content.
• Fast turnaround time (24–72 hours per video).
• Willingness to iterate based on performance insights.

Work Type

• Hyderabad-based preferred (for shooting), but editors can be remote.
