Videographer & Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Videographer cum Video Editor to join our creative team. The role involves end-to-end video production—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the creativity to tell engaging stories through video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, training, social media, events, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts.
• Operate and maintain video production equipment (cameras, drones, lighting, audio gear, etc.).
• Edit videos with high attention to detail, including trimming, color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Repurpose long-form content into short videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high production standards.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, editing, and digital content creation.
• Maintain a well-organized archive of raw and edited footage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio/reel required).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, framing, sound recording, and video production techniques.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is an advantage.
• Creative storytelling skills with a strong sense of pace, timing, and music syncing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in videography and editing.
