Video Shooter

As a Video Shooting Executive with 12 years of experience in video production, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and executing video shoots for various campaigns and content needs. Your role will involve operating cameras, lighting, and sound equipment effectively to capture high-quality videos for promotional, social media, and internal content purposes. Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams is essential to understand video goals and requirements to ensure successful execution. In this role, you will be expected to capture both staged and real-time footage as required, organize raw footage, and coordinate with editors for post-production activities. It is crucial to maintain and manage all video production equipment, visit on-site locations for client/project shoots as needed, and ensure smooth shooting operations to meet deadlines effectively. To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and sound equipment. Proficiency in basic video composition, lighting setups, and framing is necessary. Additionally, the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to studio and outdoor environments is key to success in this role. Preferred qualities for this role include a creative mindset, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for visual storytelling. Having a portfolio or demo reel showcasing past work is highly desirable. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon within the [Real Estate] industry.
