Job Overview:
The Video Project Manager oversees video projects from initial client briefing through to delivery, acting as a bridge between clients and the production team to ensure requirements are met and the final video aligns with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure timely progress and adherence to milestones.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate with producers, editors, and cross-functional teams to allocate resources and assign tasks.
• Oversee the video editing process, review drafts, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
• Conduct regular project status meetings; identify and mitigate project risks.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, and feedback records.
• Ensure all video assets are archived and organized for easy retrieval.
• Supervise production and editing staff as needed; anticipate and respond to client requests.
• Monitor progress to ensure quality standards, deadlines, and budgets are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience for freshers; 2+ years project management experience in video production preferred for experienced roles.
• Strong understanding of production and post-production processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desirable Qualities:

• Creative mindset and keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Experience leading or working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of live streaming and emerging video technologies is advantageous.

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Experienced (2+ years): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
