Key Responsibilities:

Plan, script, and produce engaging video content on
Tamil political and general news topics

Handle the
entire video production process
from ideation, shoot coordination, and editing to publishing.
Manage
pre-production and post-production
activities, ensuring timely delivery of videos.
Work closely with editorial, social media, and design teams to align video stories with news trends.
Maintain strong
connections with media and Tamil cinema industry professionals
for news sourcing and collaborations.
Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and uphold journalistic standards.
Analyze content performance and adapt video strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience in
video production or digital media
, preferably in a
news or infotainment
environment.
Excellent command over
Tamil language
(speaking and writing).
Strong understanding of
Tamil political and cultural landscape
.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
