Responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining production sets with lights, props, and camera equipment. Support video shoots, handling on-ground production tasks. Work on video editing, image retouching, and post-production enhancements. Coordinate with stakeholders before and after shoots to understand requirements and deliverables. Manage pre-production activities such as scheduling, equipment setup, and logistics. Maintain production files, assets, and records. Ensure high-quality output across video and photo production projects. Requirements & Skills Basic knowledge of lighting techniques and video/photo production. Hands-on experience with video editing software and production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop preferred). Computer savvy with good organizational and multitasking ability. Strong communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset, resourcefulness, and a collaborative approach. Prior experience in production environments (internships/freelance work acceptable).
