Role Overview: As a Video & Photo Content Creator at Mynd & Bloom, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual content that embodies the essence of the brand and products. Your work will contribute to driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales across various direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. From conceptualizing content strategies to executing high-quality photo and video productions, you will have the opportunity to shape how customers perceive and connect with the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute photo and video content aligned with brand goals and campaign themes. - Manage the full production cycle, including brainstorming, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production. - Work with models, influencers, and product managers to create visually appealing lifestyle and product visuals. - Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency in terms of tone, color, and aesthetic. - Shoot high-quality video footage using professional DSLR or cinema cameras for brand films, campaigns, and digital ads. - Manage camera operation, lighting, sound, and shot composition for studio and on-location shoots. - Capture high-resolution product, lifestyle, and campaign photographs for website, social media, and paid marketing. - Set up and manage lighting, backgrounds, and styling for professional-grade images. - Retouch and color-correct images to uphold a polished and cohesive visual identity. - Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, photography, and social media aesthetics. - Analyze engagement metrics and performance data to refine the visual content strategy continuously. Qualifications: - Proven experience in videography and photography, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand environment. - Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing product shoots and lifestyle visuals. - In-depth understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and sound design. - Strong sense of composition, color, and brand storytelling. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.,
