Video & Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities: - Create short-form and long-form video content including reels, explainers, product videos, animations, and promotional clips. - Develop scripts, concepts, and storyboards independently. - Edit and produce high-quality videos using industry-standard tools. - Create motion graphics, micro-animations, text animations, and transitions. - Apply strong storytelling, pacing, visual rhythm, and sound design principles. - Conduct research on industry trends, domain topics, and target audience to inform content direction. - Design supporting assets such as social media creatives, thumbnails, posters, pitch decks, infographics, newsletters, and brand materials. - Produce UI/digital assets such as landing page visuals, icons, and logos when required. - Maintain brand consistency across all visual content. Qualifications Required: - Strong video editing and motion graphics skills. - Expertise in storytelling, pacing, and visual narrative building. - Strong sense of sound design, rhythm, and transitions. - Ability to ideate, script, storyboard, and execute independently. - Creative writing for scripts, captions, and narrative flow. - Strong graphic design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and layout. - Information design and visual communication skills. - Basic to intermediate animation skills. - Illustration skills are preferred. - Research-driven mindset.
