Job Description

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting and enhancing visual content across our various media platforms, including digital, social media, broadcast, and print. You will work closely with the editorial, design, and production teams to deliver visually compelling content that aligns with the company’s creative vision. Your role will involve editing and enhancing images, videos, and multimedia elements, ensuring they are visually engaging and meet the company’s high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Editing & Enhancement: Edit and enhance images, videos, and graphics to create high-quality visual content for digital, social media, broadcast, and print platforms.
  • Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with the editorial and production teams to create visuals that complement and enhance the overall narrative and message.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative visuals for social media platforms, websites, TV segments, and digital advertisements.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Create basic motion graphics and animations to make video content more dynamic and engaging.
  • Post-Production: Perform detailed post-production work such as color correction, sound design, and effects to ensure the final product meets company standards.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding, style guides, and editorial direction.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of digital assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in visual design, video production, and editing techniques, applying them to improve content quality and creativity.
  • Time Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Editor, Video Editor, or similar role in a media company or digital content agency.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
  • Final Cut Pro or other video editing software is a plus.
  • Video Production Skills: Solid understanding of video production techniques, including filming, lighting, and sound.
  • Creative Eye: Strong visual sense for composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling.
  • Motion Graphics: Basic experience in creating motion graphics and animations.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently deliver high-quality visuals with precision.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with editors, designers, and other creative professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
