What You Will Work On

You will edit videos that actually matter.

• Brand films and ad creatives
• Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long form YouTube videos
• Founder led content and personal brand videos
• D2C product videos and performance ads
• Course videos, explainers, and cinematic promos

Your edits should feel intentional. Every cut must serve a purpose.

What We Expect From You

Be honest with yourself before applying.

• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
• Ability to turn raw footage into engaging narratives
• Comfortable editing short form and long form content
• Good understanding of hooks, retention, and viewer psychology
• Knows when to keep it minimal and when to add energy
• Can take feedback without ego and improve fast

If you wait for instructions for every cut, this is not your place.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

• Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• After Effects for basic to intermediate motion
• DaVinci Resolve is a bonus
• Basic sound design and color correction

Tools matter less than taste. Bad taste with good tools still fails.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with ads or performance content
• Sense for cinematic frames and transitions
• Ability to suggest better edits than what is asked
• Understanding of branding and consistency

How You Will Be Measured

Not by hours. By output.

• Quality of edits
• Speed without compromising storytelling
• Ability to elevate raw footage
• Contribution to brand value

Who Should Not Apply

• Editors who only copy Instagram trends
• People who need micromanagement
• Anyone who edits without understanding the business goal

Job Type: Full-time
