About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Sharp editing skills. Work on Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve & After Effects 2. Storytelling sense. Edit videos across formats (TVCs, digital films, corporate films, social content) 3. Track feedback loops, versioning, and delivery timelines 4. Any communication and coordination related to the projects Skills we're looking for: 1. Strong hands-on editing skills (Premiere Pro is a must) 2. Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects preferred) 3. Basic knowledge of Davinci Resolve. 4. Understanding of post workflows (offline, online, grade, mix, master) 5. Good communication is able to manage clients, freelancers, and deadlines 6. Calm under pressure; solutions-first mindset 7. Have experience in client-facing post roles 2. Have worked in a creative agency or production house before 3. Know how to QC files for OTT/Broadcast/YouTube standards/Codecs and Containers 4. Shooting/filming experience or interest in Filming is an advantage. 5. Knowledge of Color Grading and AI will be an advantage.
