Key Responsibilities

? Edit and assemble video content that aligns with Vedantu's brand voice and storytelling

goals

? Support the production team in creating campaign videos, reels, and short-form content

for digital and offline platforms

? Work with designers, copywriters, and social media teams to execute creative ideas and

adapt video formats for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Ads, Offline AVs)

? Handle post-production tasks including trimming, syncing, adding transitions, simple

motion graphics, subtitles, and music

? Ensure videos maintain consistent quality, pacing, and tone across all outputs

? Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and emerging AI

post-production tools

? Organize video files, maintain version control, and ensure smooth workflow handoffs

Skills & Qualifications

? 13 years of experience in video post-production and motion graphics, preferably in

EdTech, Media Production, or Advertising

? A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing video edits, campaign content, and

short-form videos

? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve,

Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus

? Basic understanding of AI video/audio editing tools (Runway, VEO3, HeyGen,

ElevenLabs, etc.)

? Ability to follow creative direction while bringing your own storytelling flair to projects

? Good sense of timing, sound, rhythm, and music sync

? Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback

Good to Have

? Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Filmmaking, Communication, or a related field

? Knowledge of sound design or color grading

? Curiosity to explore new editing formats, trends, and technologies in storytelling
