Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other platforms.
  
• Cut and assemble recorded footage, adding music, graphics, dialogues, and effects to enhance storytelling.
  
• Work with the creative and marketing teams to understand project scope and objectives.
  
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone that aligns with the Success Gyan brand.
  
• Edit speaker videos and course content ensuring clarity, engagement, and impact.
  
• Create compelling trailers and highlight reels from live events, workshops, and masterclasses.
  
• Manage media files, backups, and version control efficiently.
  
• Implement feedback quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, transitions, effects, and formats.
  

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of proven experience in video editing, preferably in the personal development, media, or event industry.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools.
  
• Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
  
• Strong knowledge of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and trends.
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for transformation-driven content.
  
• Basic motion graphics and color grading experience is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of audio editing and sound design is an added advantage.
