We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, be capable of editing both long-form and short-form video content, and create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and graphic assets. A strong preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge of camera settings, video production techniques, and on-set shooting experience. Key Responsibilities: Edit engaging long-form and short-form videos for YouTube and other social platforms (Reels, Shorts, Instagram, etc.). Design high-conversion YouTube thumbnails and other visual assets (banners, posters, social media graphics). Work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life and maintain a consistent visual style. Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality. Maintain video quality standards, color correction, and audio balance. Organize and manage project files and digital assets efficiently. (Preferred) Assist in video shooting, including setting up camera angles, lighting, and audio equipment. Stay updated on video trends, YouTube best practices, and new editing tools
