In this role, you will collaborate with content and design teams to grasp project requirements and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include crafting and refining animated videos with a strong emphasis on character animation, storytelling, and impactful visuals. You will be tasked with developing 2D animation and motion graphics that are in line with brand guidelines and project objectives. Feedback integration from team members to polish animations and uphold quality standards will be crucial. Moreover, you should be adept at handling camera equipment and proficient in operating video cameras effectively to capture high-quality footage for animated sequences when necessary. It will also be part of your duties to optimize video files and formats for various social media and digital platforms. Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging animation techniques is pivotal to this role. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in video editing, with a specialization in character animation, 2D animation, and motion graphics. A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field is a preferred qualification. Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, along with a strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation, is essential. Familiarity with color grading, audio editing, and post-production techniques is also expected.
