As a Video Editing Associate in Bangalore, you will be responsible for producing videos based on provided scripts and refining raw footage to create captivating video content for various projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with team members, such as designers and marketing experts, to contribute to video development and execution. - Editing and synchronizing audio tracks with video content to ensure clear and high-quality sound. - Applying visual effects, transitions, and animations to elevate storytelling and aesthetic appeal. - Performing basic color correction and grading for consistent visual quality across all videos. - Organizing and managing video files, including raw footage, final assets, source files, and supporting materials. - Reviewing and proofreading video content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. - Incorporating feedback from team members and clients to enhance and refine video content. - Creating GIF animations for social media as required. Qualifications required for this role include: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g. film, media production, communication, or a related field). - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Instagram video editing apps is advantageous. - Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. - A strong passion for video production and a desire to learn and improve skills. - A portfolio showcasing past video editing work.
