Video Editor

Role Summary:

The Manager Video Editor will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful video content that supports Shriram Life Insurance’s marketing objectives across product, performance, channel, and internal communications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of editing, motion graphics, and content adaptation across digital and offline platforms.

The ideal candidate should be creative, fast, detail-oriented, and able to translate briefs into compelling video outputs that speak to Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences.

Role Requirements:

Education:

Degree/Diploma in Film Editing, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
Must have hands-on experience using AI-based tools for video editing, voiceover, subtitles, animation, or content repurposing.

Experience Range

4- –7 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content production, preferably in a brand, digital agency, or production house.

Professional Experience/ Skills:

• Expert in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video enhancement, subtitle automation, voice cloning, or animation.
• Proven ability to produce videos for digital marketing, product storytelling, performance campaigns, and internal communication.
• Experience with short-form content: reels, explainers, regional testimonials, ad films, and pitch videos.
• Skilled in motion graphics, transitions, text animation, and audio-syncing.
• Understanding of platform-specific formats: YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, web banners, and in-app.
• Able to translate briefs into storyboards and visual narratives with creative flair.
• Knowledge of regional aesthetics and consumer behavior in Tier 2 / Tier 3 India preferred.
• Capable of managing multiple projects, tight timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, open to feedback and team alignment.
