1. Lead and manage the motion graphics team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of projects
2. Conceptualize, design, and execute creative motion graphics for videos, advertisements, explainer videos, social media, and other digital platforms3. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful visuals4. Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all motion content5. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep the team's work fresh and innovative6. Review, provide feedback, and approve all motion graphic deliverables7. Mentor junior designers, conduct training sessions, and support team development8. Manage multiple projects and workflows while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
