Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, technical proficiency in video editing software, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging and high-quality video content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging final videos.
• Add sound effects, background music, voiceovers, and transitions as needed.
• Create short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and desired outcomes.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final output.
• Perform color correction, audio synchronization, and motion graphics integration.
• Maintain an organized archive of video assets and project files.
• Stay updated with current trends and best practices in video editing and digital media.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Good sense of timing, visual awareness, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, transitions, and visual effects.
• Creativity and the ability to adapt to different video styles and genres.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Graduation in Media, Film Studies, Animation, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in video editing or similar role.
• Portfolio: A showreel or sample of previous work is required.
