Job Description

What You’ll Do

Edit promotional, brand, and marketing videos for web, social, and paid campaigns
Craft short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with strong hooks and smooth transitions
Add motion graphics, captions, text animations, and sound design where needed
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to bring concepts to life
Maintain brand consistency across all assets
Deliver high-quality videos on tight timelines
Organize footage, maintain project files, and follow naming conventions

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in video editing (agency or brand background preferred)
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
Good sense of storytelling, pacing, color, and audio cleanup
Ability to edit both long-form and short-form content
Experience creating social-ready videos with captions, effects, cutdowns, and platform-specific formats
Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual taste
Ability to work independently and take feedback well

Good to Have

Certifications in video editing or motion graphics
Experience with AI-assisted editing tools
Basic understanding of reels-style editing trends and viral video patterns

Nice Bonus Skills

Motion graphics / simple 2D animation
Thumbnail design
Experience editing product demo videos
