Job Description

Role & resposibilities

A) Voice AI and Phone Automation

Build AI voice agent in multiple Indian languages
Detect caller location and respond in local language
Remember callers on repeat calls
Answer queries related to local news, events, public info
Support large scale parallel call handling

B) AI Anchor and Text to Video Pipeline

Build AI news anchor generation workflows
Auto generate subtitles and captions
Integrate lower thirds and graphics using templates
Automate script to video processing

C) Auto News Generation

NLP based summarisation
News rewriting
Multi language translation
Categorise public issues and incoming reports
Integrate APIs for weather, trains, markets and traffic

D) Backend and Automation

Build Python based backend services
Create automated breaking news systems
Implement content scheduler and workflow automation
Integrate databases like SQLite or PostgreSQL
Ensure caching, error handling and fallback logic

E) Model Training and Optimisation

Fine tune LLMs and language models
Train Indian language voice models
Optimise response time for real time systems
Build hybrid rule based plus AI systems
