What You’ll Do

• Edit short and long-form videos (60s reels, 3–5 min stories, and campaign films) for employer branding campaigns across brands like Naukri, AmbitionBox, and IIMJobs.
• Craft narrative arcs from leadership interviews, employee stories, and candid workplace footage.
• Use strong typography, layout and design principles to turn basic interview / office footage into engaging visual stories using on-screen graphics, lower-thirds, animated titles and thoughtful sound design.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, and cinematographers to ensure visual consistency and pace.
• Work with motion designers to enhance storytelling through text, transitions, and light animation.
• Manage multiple timelines, tight turnarounds, and ever-evolving client feedback with sanity intact.
• Maintain organized project files, sync sound, color-correct, and ensure export quality across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram).

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Have 2–5 years of experience editing branded / corporate / digital video content.
• Are fluent in

  Premiere Pro, FCP, or DaVinci Resolve

  (After Effects knowledge is a bonus).
• Have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm – not just software shortcuts.
• Have a good eye for

  typography, composition and visual hierarchy

  , and know how to make frames look designed, not just “filled.”
• Can switch between serious corporate tone and social-media humor without breaking stride.
• Obsess over music choices, transitions, and fonts like they’re life decisions.
• Thrive in a small creative team that functions like an agency inside a large company.

Bonus Points For:

• Prior work in employer branding, corporate storytelling, or social-first brand films.
• Skills in sound design, motion graphics, or color grading.
• A solid reel that makes us feel something – not just transitions.
